TRAINING NOT GOING WELL DURING CHRISTMAS!

Are you guys finding it hard to keep up with your "training" during December?

It is difficult, but probably even more important, as we're all eating more junk. Not to mention, you're probably under more stress, so a good walk will help to aleviate some of that. AND, there are lots o' bugs floating around, and getting in your exercise will help with staying healthy.
Do you want me to stop now? Do you all hate me? If it makes you feel any better, I'll have to ride my bike on an indoor trainer for THREE hours tomorrow (snow/ice here) and run on the treadmill for an hour. So, maybe I shouldn't be allowed to comment on this blog.
